These terms
TestLab (testlabapp.com) is operated by Digivo, India ("we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Digivo about your use of TestLab. By using the site or creating an account you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy. If you don't accept them, please don't use TestLab.
The service
- MCQ practice is free and supported by ads. It includes practice tests with explanations, three difficulty levels, progress tracking, XP, streaks and certificates.
- Interview prep is a paid plan. It gives full access to the interview questions for every technology, with short and full answers, the interview plan, spaced review and reminder emails. A few full answers can be read for free.
We keep improving TestLab, so we may add, change or remove features, subjects and questions. We'll tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce what a paid plan includes.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be at least 13 to use TestLab. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
- Tell us at contact@testlabapp.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape or republish our questions, explanations or answers, by hand or with automated tools;
- share a paid account, or work around the limits on free interview answers or the locks on difficulty levels;
- use scripts or bots to answer questions, or otherwise game XP, levels, streaks or certificates;
- try to get into accounts or systems that aren't yours, or disrupt or overload the site;
- use TestLab for anything unlawful.
Search engines may crawl and index our public pages as allowed by our robots.txt.
The paid plan and payments
- The price, the billing period and whether the plan renews are shown before you pay. Prices are in Indian rupees unless shown otherwise, and include the taxes shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't receive or store your card details.
- If the plan renews, you can cancel the renewal before the next billing date and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- A price change applies from your next billing period, never to one you've already paid for.
Refunds
Payments for the interview plan are not refundable once access to the plan has been given, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged in error or think a payment is wrong, email contact@testlabapp.com and we'll look into it.
Ads
TestLab shows ads from third parties, including Google. Advertisers are responsible for their ads and for the sites they link to; we don't endorse them. How ad cookies work, and how to opt out of personalised ads, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Our content
The questions, explanations, interview answers, design and software of TestLab belong to Digivo or to those who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal study. You may not copy, sell, republish or build another product from them without our written permission.
Interview answers are written with the help of AI and checked before they are published. We work to keep all content accurate, but mistakes can happen. If you find one, please tell us at contact@testlabapp.com.
Certificates
A TestLab certificate records that you cleared a difficulty level of a subject on TestLab, with your accuracy. It is not an academic or professional qualification and is not accredited by any institution. Certificates earned by breaking these terms may be withdrawn.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve TestLab without owing you anything for them.
Disclaimers
TestLab is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we can't guarantee any exam, interview or job result: those depend on you. Check important facts against official sources.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Digivo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost opportunities, lost data or lost income, arising from your use of TestLab. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for TestLab in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Suspension and closing your account
- You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Your progress and certificates are then deleted.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law or security reasons prevent it. If we close a paid account for no fault of yours, we'll refund the unused part of the period you paid for.
- The sections on our content, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue to apply after an account is closed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. Before going to court, please email us at contact@testlabapp.com so we can try to resolve the problem first. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll tell account holders by email or with a notice on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using TestLab after that, the new terms apply; if you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
